Hi, I’m Kerryn Boyle

I have over 10 years of extensive experience in women’s health and fitness and I am committed to helping women experience a healthier pregnancy.

My background includes holding a Bachelor Degree in Exercise and Sport Science as well as being a qualified Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates and Yoga instructor.

My expertise includes safe exercise during pregnancy and postnatal care. As well as recovery focusing on functional core strength, healing diastasis recti and pelvic floor restoration.

I have been helping women optimise their health and wellbeing before pregnancy, during pregnancy and by delivering postnatal exercise and recovery classes in our PregActive studio.
